this hotel is of a very good standard and staff (especially reception) are professional and helpful. the gym has only limited equipment and a pool rather than just aplunge pool would have been a good addition! we were initially given a room at the back of the hotel which you should try to avoid as it was a little dark and the view was of depressing backs of concrete buildings . however they did give us a better room on the front the next day and it was much nicer in every way.

this hotel is well locted. we were not given a warm welcome, in fact the woman at the desk was quite rude. the room we booked was not available and the staff didn't really care much. the layout of the room was not very comfortable. the art work all through the hotel is rather interesting if some what bizarre. i was not happy about a 3 euro charge per night to use the safe in the room. the spa with the heated chairs was a bonus.

The hotel is well situated just on the edge of Palma centre. The room we had was spacious and very clean, the bed was large and very comfortable. We bought breakfast one morning and were surprised by the excellent quality. One small problem was, there is only on lift, and lots of people using it! Our room was at the back of the hotel and on the whole very quiet, just one night with nosiy peolpe above us. Overall a very good choice.

Fantastic service, staff are really friendly and helpful, made our Christmas very enjoyable and memorable. Only comment - would have been 5 star rating for comfort of room if tea/coffee was provided in the room.

Hotellet var lett å finne frem til og hadde perfekt beliggenhet både i forhold til shopping og også nærhet restauranter. Lett å finne frem til og kort vei til alt! Hotel rommene var utrolig store og fine. God plass til kofferter og shoppingposer. Hyggelig betjening som var behjelpelige med "last minute requests".

Ok hotel. Ligger godt. Dårlige parkeringsforhold,, fik bøde mens vi checkede ind. Fik vil nok hotellets dårligste værelse, direkte ud til snæver baggård.

Bra designhotel med trevlig personal på mkt bra adress, dock var det lite renovering fortfarande och det borrades tidigt på morgonen. Rummen med balkong var ljusa och trevliga och de större rummen låg mot mörkare bakgård utan balkong. Mkt hjälpsam personal (fixade bokningar etc) ,men städning hade kunnat vara bättre. Bra läge och juste design! Prisvärt!

Hotel was even better than we expected and saw from pictures and reviews on this site ( that is not often these days). The photos of the rooms on this site actually dont do it justice , standard but is really clean and nice...A bad photografer maybe??? Located in the city center and is a good alternative for city breaks and also beach / sun holiday which was what we where after . This is a genuine 4 star hotel standard compared to many others i Palma that are 3 stars in reality. Our advice is to book a hotel in the city close where Jaime is situated . Plaza Espana is not a nice area and Paseo Maritimo is too touristy. From here you reach all beaches and places easy anywy.. Negative aspect : With an outdoor pool, better Tv channels and weights in the gym this would touch a 5 star hotel...

Jaime III heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf in Palma. Inspirerend design, spannende kunstwerken en een inrichting waar je telkens weer verrassingen tegenkomt. Een uitstekend restaurant, met een uitgebreid (champagne-)ontbijtbuffet, lekkere broodjes en meer dan aangename prijzen. De prijs van Jaime III is in verhouding van wat je geboden wordt verrassend laag. De medewerkers zijn aardig en grappig. Alleen mogen de cleaning ladies wel wat vriendelijker kijken!

ok, hotel but the hotel has seen its best days... The pool was not working when we arrived and noone had told us this. In the summer, I think that this is of great importance. The view to the backyard is not very nice.

echt een prima vier sterren hotel. Wel een beetje prijzig aangezien de spa dicht was wegens renovatie. Ook is er geen mogelijk tot internet in het hotel, kan echt niet meer in deze tijd. De kamer is helemaal in orde, alleen kamers aan de voorzijde hebben een balkon maar waarschijnlijk ook meer lawaai vd straat. Locatie is perfect echter geen parkeergelegenheid van het hotel. Alleen betaald parkeren.

Ziet er mooi uit. Kamers zijn prima. Let goed op of het inclusief ontbijd is ( was bij ons niet het geval), hetgeen niet weg neemt dat het ontbijd wel erg goed verzorgd is. De sauna is alleen s'avonds tussen 19.00 en 22.00 uur aan.

Das Hotel lebt von der Innenausstattung. Das Interieur ist chic, die Zimmer zur Straße klein und zum Innenhof etwas größer, da diese offensichtlich auch für Aufbettungen vorgesehen sind. Der Ausblick dieser Zimmer ist jedoch eine Katastrophe, zudem zu den hier angebotenem Preis. Ein Hinterhof mehrerer Mietshäuser,in denen die Klimageräte noch die geringste Lämrbelestigung darstellen. Morgens um halb acht wurde gehämmert und gebohrt wie man es selsbt zu Hause nur schwer ertragen wollte. Bedauerlich ist zudem, dass der Spa-Bereich zwar ganztags geöffnet hat, jedoch die Saunen nur am Abend ab 19.00 Uhr in Betrieb genommen wurden. Hervorzuheben ist jedoch das Engagement der Office ! Ob es Tickets für RCD Mallorca waren oder Taxibestellungen auch ausserhalb des Hotelumkreises, waren die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die Zimmer waren gut klimatisiert und groß, PLUS: Preis/Leistungsverhältnis MINUS: Unser Fenster zeigte in einen Innenhof...aber kein Problem, in Palma ist man ja sowieso nicht über Tags im Zimmer
