Dining
Epic - Informal, bistro-style split-level dining room characterised by white and aquamarine decor and traditional dark-wood furnishings. Continuously-changing display of contemporary artworks painted by local artists, available to buy. Traditional Irish and continental breakfast buffet each morning. Contemporary international and Irish à la carte fare served for dinner. Sample dishes include Teriyaki-Marinated Salmon and Scallops Kebab, and Char-grilled fillet of Irish Beef.
The Gasworks Bar - Guests can relax and soak up the atmosphere in this a la carte restaurant. Serves contemporary Irish food from 5 PM to 10 PM. Reservations, while not essential, are advisable. A bar menu is offered from 3 PM to 10 PM.
Canal Express - Coffee bar opened in 2006, offering a wide range of freshly-brewed specialty coffees, smoothies, and a variety of pastries and gourmet sandwiches to take away or to enjoy in the relaxing ambience of
the lobby.

A short guide to Ballsbridge - Sandymount
Leafy Ballsbridge is a quiet and exclusive residential area, a 20-30 minute walk into town (served by frequent buses). The Grand Canal flows through it, and while much of this waterway is less than grand, there is a pleasant stretch near the Richmond Street bridge with canal-side pubs. George Bernard Shaw’s birthplace is a popular neighbouring attraction.
